Top 10 Ways to Ensure a Great Program Experience

Keep holy your meeting date. Resist the temptation to change the date because so-and-so can’t make it. Have a separate Dad’s meeting at regular intervals. Keep Tribe meetings for kids. Organize your Tribe meetings. Don’t “wing” anything.  This is primarily the Chief’s job. Have multiple leaders and one Chief! There’s lots to do.  Everyone should have “their job.” Nation Chief’s – You belong to all the Kids! Recruit people like you. Tribes should always have 12-15 enthusiastic dads. Meet in your homes. Let the child (hostess) shine!  Start and Maintain Traditions. Chief’s Awards, games, uniform, etc. Belong to your Nation. Always have someone on the Nation Council attending Expedition Base Camps. Go to all Nation Events. Volunteer for skits, games, etc. Keep Enthusiasm High! Your greatest asset. Bonus:  Remember this is a Kid’s program
